It may not be a nationally recognized holiday (yet), however, tomorrow is August 18th, or, 8/18, aka (818) Day, and we've come up with a few ways to get you in the mood whether you live in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, Brazil's Paraiba Valley, Switzerland's Limmat Valley, or somewhere in the nooks & crannies connecting us all.
On August 18th (or, really, any day you feel like it...) please take 1, 2 or all 3 of these actions:
- (8) - Donate $8 to The Valley Film Festival. We're a non-profit project of Community Partners and every cent you give us goes right back into producing the festival. (You need to choose "ValleyFilmFest" from the drop down menu of projects.)
- (1) - Give us a shout out on Twitter. Follow us at @ValleyFilmFest and use the hashtag #VFF12.
- (8) - Please ask 8 of your closest indie-film-loving friends to "like" VFF's Facebook page .
